Modlin Arts Presents Series Packages

Become a series patron and save! The shows in a Modlin Series are entirely up to you.

  • Create Your Own series with 3-6 performances to receive a 15% discount.
  • Choose 7+ shows for a Patron of the Arts series and receive a 25% discount.
  • Series discounts only apply to regular Adult ticket prices.

All series patrons enjoy priority access to tickets and the option for flexible no-fee exchanges. See below for details.

2025–26 Ticket Prices

Adult Tickets

  • Zone 1: $45
  • Zone 2: $25

Zone Descriptions

  • Zone 1 = Forward center orchestra, front balcony seats
  • Zone 2 = Back outer orchestra and most balcony seats

7% admissions tax is embedded in all ticket prices.

2025–26 Fees

Ticket Fee

  • Tickets $15 and under = $2 per ticket
  • Tickets above $15 = $3 per ticket

Exchange Fee

$5 per ticket. All exchanges must be completed before 5 p.m., one business day in advance of the performance.

Series patrons enjoy flexible fee-free exchanges. This fee will be waived for both Create Your Own and Patron of the Arts series patrons. All exchanges must be completed before 5 p.m., one business day in advance of the performance.

Hold at Will Call

No additional charge.

Ticket Delivery

For all ticketed events, Modlin Center offers ticket delivery as Hold at Box Office, Print at Home, or Mobile Tickets.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose how you'd like your tickets delivered. When purchasing tickets that require an ID to be shown, tickets will only be available for in-person pickup at the Box Office.

    Accessibility

    Discounts
    The Modlin Center for the Arts offers discounts for many of its performances. These discounts are not always available for all events sold by the Modlin Box Office. Additional or combined discounts do not apply. If you are unsure if you or someone in your party is eleiglbe for a discount, please contact the Modlin Box Office staff.

    Refunds
    All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only available in the case of an event cancelation.

    Exchanges
    Modlin Arts Presents subscribers are eligible for flexible ticket privileges including a choice of ticket exchange, gift certificate for future tickets, or transferring tickets to a friend or family member up to 24 hours prior to the performance. Requests made on the day of the show will be returned as a tax-deductible donation to the Modlin Center.
    Single ticket holders may exchange or transfer tickets up to 48 hours priors to the performance.

    Performance Change or Cancelation
    If there is a major change with a performance or a cancelation of some kind, the Modlin Box Office will contact the ticketholder via email or phone as soon as possible.

    Depending on the cause of the change or cancelation, the ticket holder may be offered the opportunity to exchange their tickets to another Modlin Center for the Arts performance, to receive a Modlin Center for the Arts gift certificate, to return their ticket as a tax-deductible donation, or to receive a refund.

    Inclement Weather
    When there is inclement weather in our region, Modlin Center understands that weather and travel can cause concerns for patrons. The best way to determine an event status is to check our website or automated phone system: 804-289-8980. We will announce the status of the event as soon as it is decided.

    If you feel uncomfortable traveling to the Modlin Center, please contact us before the event begins to exchange or donate your tickets at 804-289-8980 or modlinarts@richmond.edu. We will post cancellations and postponements to the following places:

    Reservations
    Tickets cannot be held without payment – the box office does not allow customers to reserve tickets with the intention of paying in the future.

    If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization or a large group, need to use a purchase order, or other payment form, please alert the box office.

    Ticket Required for Entry
    When a performance is ticketed, every person entering the venue, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

    Third-Party Tickets
    Modlin.richmond.edu is the only authorized and official website for purchasing tickets to events at the University of Richmond’s Modlin Center for the Arts. Tickets purchased from any other website or third-party vendor may be counterfeit, and these seats cannot be guaranteed. Tickets purchased from sources other than modlin.richmond.edu are not eligible for an exchange or reprint, and cannot be transferred to a new patron’s name.
