The Modlin Center for the Arts is proud to serve patrons with accessibility needs. So that we can seat you properly, please inform the box office of any accessibility needs in your party when you purchase tickets.

  • Seating

    Please alert the Box Office if anyone in your party is unable to navigate stairs so that we can seat you appropriately. Step-free seating is available at the back of the orchestra in Alice Jepson Theatre (row K, center) and Camp Concert Hall (row S). All other seats in both houses require stairs. 

    Camp Concert Hall, Alice Jepson Theatre, and Cousins Studio Theatre, and Perkinson Recital Hall are accessible for patrons who use wheelchairs or other mobility aids. Wheelchair and companion seating are available upon request, subject to availability. 

     

  • Parking

    Accessible parking is available for the Modlin Center in parking lot W85 off Westhampton Way. Additionally, there is an accessible drop-off location under Webb Tower on Keller Road, from which patrons may enter Camp Concert Hall or Alice Jepson Theatre.

  • Elevators

    Alice Jepson Theatre 

    Orchestra seating is accessible via elevator.

    Camp Concert Hall

    Balcony seating is accessible via the elevator in Booker Hall of Music, located just inside the accessible entrance on Keller Road. Orchestra seating is on the ground floor. 

  • Restrooms

    Alice Jepson Theatre and Cousins Studio Theatre 

    Accessible restrooms are available off the Modlin Center lobby. Larger gendered bathrooms include wheelchair-accessible stalls. A single-user all-gender accessible bathroom is available off the same hallway. These bathrooms are equipped with changing stations. 

    Camp Concert Hall 

    Two all-gender accessible bathrooms are located in Booker Hall of Music, just past the entrance to Camp Concert Hall. These bathrooms are equipped with changing stations. 

  • Hearing

    Assistive listening devices for hearing enhancement are available with Front of House managers for most performances. 

    Hearing protection is available from Front of House staff for all performances. 

  • Vision

    All buttons in elevators and most signs throughout the Modlin Center’s facilities are labeled with Braille. If you need assistance navigating to your seat, a staff member can accompany you.
