ACCESSIBILITY

The Modlin Center for the Arts welcomes patrons with accessibility needs. If anyone in your party has accessibility needs, please inform the box office when purchasing tickets.

SEATING

Please alert the Box Office if anyone in your party is unable to navigate stairs so that we can seat you appropriately. Accessible seating is available at the back of the orchestra in Alice Jepson Theatre (row K, center) and Camp Concert Hall (row S). All other seats in both houses require stairs.

Camp Concert Hall, Alice Jepson Theatre, and Cousins Studio Theatre are accessible for persons who use a wheelchair and/or those with limited mobility. Wheelchair, transfer, and companion seating are available upon request, subject to availability. Perkinson Recital Hall and Cousins Studio Theatre are accessible by wheelchair.

PARKING

Accessible parking is available for the Modlin Center in parking lot W85 off Westhampton Way. Additionally, there is an accessible drop-off location under Webb Tower on Keller Road, from which partons may enter Camp Concert Hall or Alice Jepson Theatre. Accessible parking is also available in the Lora Robins parking lot.

ELEVATORS

In Alice Jepson Theatre, balcony and orchestra seating are accessible via elevator. For access to the Camp Concert Hall balcony, please use the elevator in Booker Hall of Music, located just inside the accessible entrance off Keller Road.

RESTROOMS

Accessible restrooms are available off the Modlin Center lobby, for Alice Jepson and Cousins Theatres. Larger gendered bathrooms include wheelchair-accessible stalls. A single-user all-gender accessible bathroom is available off the same hallway.

In Booker Hall of Music, two all-gender accessible bathrooms are located just past the entrance to Camp Concert Hall. All bathrooms noted above also serve families and include changing stations.

HEARING

Hearing protection is available from Front of House staff for all performances. For some performances, we recommend patrons with auditory sensitivities bring their own ear protection, to help ensure comfort and enjoyment. Please read your pre-show emails.

Assistive listening devices for hearing enhancement are available with Front of House managers for most performances. ASL interpretation will be offered at a select number of events.

FRAGRANCE

Please refrain from wearing cologne, perfume, or fragranced personal products, as other patrons may be unable to enjoy the performance due to allergies or chemical sensitivity. Thank you for helping us make our events safe and accessible for our community.
