Modlin Center for the Arts

As the hub for artistic expression on campus, the Modlin Center for the Arts is home to the academic departments in Art and Art History, Music, Theatre and Dance and two arts organizations: Modlin Arts Presents and University Museums.

MODLIN ARTS PRESENTS

Get up close and personal with performing artists from around the world. Engage with the arts to spark new conversations, explore ideas, and enrich your university experience. While on campus for Modlin Arts Presents, visiting artists often participate in residencies, master classes, lectures, and demonstrations with students and our community. University of Richmond students can take advantage of $5 tickets for Modlin Presents concerts and performances plus free master classes and workshops with visiting artists.

MODLIN ARTS STUDENT AMBASSADORS

The Modlin Arts Student Ambassadors is a student-led collective empowered to build an inclusive and accessible arts community across campus to enrich the University of Richmond experience. MASAS serve as a connection between the Modlin Center and the campus community to develop programs, plan student engagement events, and create collaborative projects that promote the arts as an integral part of the campus culture.

We’re currently accepting applications for positions on the 2023-2024 MASAS team through UR Student Employment. Check out our IG: @modlinmasas
