Rent the Facility

Coordinating a corporate gathering? Hosting a concert? The Modlin Center for the Arts is available for performances, meetings, receptions, lectures, film screenings and more. Our range of spaces can accommodate small parties or gatherings with up to 600 people. In addition to available venue spaces, we offer rehearsal spaces, technical services, ticketing services and event management support.

To request a space at the Modlin Center for the Arts, please complete the Reservations Request Form and either fax it to 804.287.6681 or e-mail to modlinrentals@richmond.edu.

Campus Users

Registered student organizations and university departments are welcome to reserve Modlin Center facilities at a reduced campus rate. Pleaes use the Modlin Center Reservations Request Form to reserve the following spaces: Camp Concert Hall, Alice Jepson Theatre, Cousins Studio Theatre, Booth Lobby/Modlin Courtyard, BB101 and Booker Lounge.

For all other spaces, such as Perkinson Recital Hall, classrooms and practice rooms, please complete the University Events reservation request. Students, faculty and staff will need to make arrangements to check out room keys through the University Events Office.
