Administrative Assistant: Assist the Director with tasks associated with the Modlin Center for the Arts; generally, this job is task-oriented for a specific project.

Artist Coordinator: Act as a liaison with visiting artists. Jobs include assembling hospitality gift bags and guest information packets for artists and assisting with green room and dressing room set-up and service.

Box Office Assistant Manager: Assist with Box Office duties for all Modlin Center events (over 60 events annually): subscription sales, single ticket sales, group sales; help provide accurate information to the campus community and the greater Richmond public about ALL events at the Modlin Center and other cultural events around campus. Contracts Administrator: Work with the Executive Director to acquire, prepare and process all artist contracts (35+ annually) associated with the Great Performances series at the Modlin Center for the Arts.

Head Usher: Assist in supervising the volunteer usher corps before, during and after performances in Modlin Center venues; serve as a primary point of communication between the House Managers and the usher corps. FALL 2008 OPENINGS

House Manager: Oversee the safety and security of 600 patrons before, during and after performances in the Modlin Center venues; supervise all front-of-house staffing and operations for Modlin Center events and serve as a primary point of communication among various Modlin Center staff members at events. Programming Initiatives Assistant: Assist the Associate Director in developing our student audience. Help promote events to students as well as perform other essential duties.

Publicity Assistant: Assist in publicizing the Modlin Center and its events; may include any of the following: upkeep of the various display boards with up-to-date Modlin Center events, distribution on campus of Stall Weekly, maintenance of scrapbooks and distribution of press releases and other promotional pieces. Stagehand: Work with visiting artists and incoming production staff to ensure the implementation of all design aspects, including audio, lighting, staging, properties, wardrobe and hospitality. FALL 2008 OPENINGS

Stage Manager: Act as the bridge between front of house staff and backstage staff; gather basic show information, such as running times, intermission lengths and encores, and disseminate that information to the rest of the staff; make sure visiting artists get onto and off of stage for their performance. FALL 2008 OPENINGS

Stall Weekly Editor: Assist in design and development (including layout and editing) of this weekly publication for campus distribution.
