Jepson Theatre

The Alice Jepson Theatre is a flexible 550-seat main stage theatre. The size and design provides for every audience member a dazzling, intimate view, as well as creating a beautiful setting with tall mahogany windows, arched openings and elegant stairways. Jepson Theatre is wheelchair accessible and is equipped with an assistive listening system.

Camp Concert Hall

Camp Concert Hall
in Booker Hall of Music is the central performance venue for the Modlin Center for the Arts' musical presentations. The hall is specifically designed for music, and is one of the premiere halls to play and record in on the east coast due to its sophisticated acoustical design. The 598-seat hall boasts a 27'-deep, 58'-wide stage, making it large enough to accommodate large ensembles. The hall’s design also accommodates lectures, meetings and films. Camp Concert Hall is wheelchair accessible and is equipped with an assistive listening system.

Perkinson Hall

Perkinson Recital Hall is home to many smaller events including student recitals, lectures and rehearsals for the Department of Music. Located in North Court, the venue seats approximately 150 people. Two pianos and one of the Department of Music's harpsichords are available for rehearsals and performances. This space is not wheelchair accessible.

  • $50 set up fee; $75 if venue is over 1000 seats
  • $10 per day when tickets are on sale (Monday-Friday) during regularly scheduled business
  • $50 to keep the box office open on show day (60 minutes prior to performance until 30 minutes after it starts)
  • 5% of credit card sales processed through box office
  • 7% of all sales for City of Richmond admissions tax
University of Richmond Organizations
  • $50 set up fee; $75 if venue is over 1000 seats
  • $7 per day when tickets are on sale (Monday-Friday) during regularly scheduled business

Catering is priced separately through University Catering which has right of first refusal on all catering events. Ask for a list of approved outside caterers. All menus must be approved, in advance, by the University of Richmond.
